This solution can be achieved via

Using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a car is a controversial and incredibly dangerous issue, Due to growing media attention and increased lobbying, the Government has taken drastic action to change the law on using mobile phones while behind the wheel of a car.
“You are allowed to use a phone if it is fully hands-free but you’re not allowed to pick it up and operate it even momentarily”
“it is £200, and six penalty points on your licence if caught using your hand-held device”
But with a properly installed hands free kit you are allowed to press a button to receive or end a call
Bluetooth handsfree and how it works
Once Bluetooth paired, call audio or music audio from your Bluetooth device (i.e. mobile phone) is routed through your car stereo and so you are then handsfree and available to steer the wheel and your eye line can remain on the road ahead.
To make or answer a call on a Bluetooth system, the driver uses either voice commands or the device interface. Voice communication takes place over the speakers in the car’s stereo system via a microphone. The driver can make and accept calls on a Bluetooth system without ever touching the mobile phone, complying with legislation and making driving and talking more convenient and legal
